What we collect

DataWhyKept
Email addressTo send your sign-in link and your reports. Given by you when you unlock a report or subscribe.Until you ask us to delete it
Domain you submitIt is what we scan. Stored with the scan so you can see your history.Until you ask us to delete it
Scan resultsThe answers AI engines gave, which competitors were named, which sources were cited.Until you ask us to delete it
IP address, hashedTo stop one person from consuming everyone's free scans. We store a one-way hash, not the address itself.Daily counters, rolling
Sign-in cookieA signed token so you do not have to request a new link every visit. HttpOnly, not readable by scripts.30 days

There is no password to store, because there are no passwords. We never see your card details: payment is handled entirely by Polar.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information about your device, browser, approximate location, and the pages you view, and processes it on Google's servers. You can opt out for every site using Google's browser add-on. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies and does not fingerprint visitors.

We do not record your screen. No session replay, no heatmaps, nothing that captures what a page shows while you read it. We removed the one tool we had been using for that in August 2026. Analytics runs on public pages only, never on your dashboard.

Who else touches your data

  • Polar — payment, invoicing, and subscription management. They are the merchant of record and hold your billing details; we never do.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, database, and edge delivery.
  • Resend — sends the sign-in links and report emails.
  • Google, OpenAI, and a third-party data provider — receive the questions we generate for your scan. Those questions contain your domain name. They do not receive your email.
  • Google and Cloudflare — receive analytics data from our public pages, as described above. Not from your dashboard.
  • We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train anything.

    Your choices

Write to ysc9550@gmail.com and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion removes your email, your scans, and your subscription record; it cannot be undone. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have these rights by law and we do not ask you to prove where you live before honouring them.

To stop the weekly report email, cancel your subscription in the customer portal or write to us. Sign-in links are sent only when you ask for one.

    Changes

If this document changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. 8 August 2026: removed Microsoft Clarity, the session-replay and heatmap tool we had added on 6 August. Microsoft no longer receives anything from this site. Google Analytics now runs on public pages only, not on your dashboard.
