Payments and invoicing are handled by Polar, our reseller and merchant of record. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, and your first charge is refundable in full within 7 days. Cancel any time from the customer portal.
Billing questions
What exactly gets charged?
The price you see. Tax is already included in it, and Polar issues the invoice.
When does it renew?
Monthly, on the day you subscribed, until you cancel. We do not raise the price on an existing subscription without telling you first.
How do I cancel?
From the customer portal, in two clicks, without emailing anyone. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for your first charge: write to us within 7 days and we refund in full. We would rather return the money than argue about it. Renewal charges are not refunded; cancel any time before the next renewal instead.
Does the free scan stay free?
Yes. It is not a trial that expires. There is a monthly cap on how many free scans go out, because each one costs us real money to run.
What happens if I add more domains than I paid for?
The dashboard stops you before you spend anything, and points you at the checkout page where you can raise the count.
Can I change the domain count later?
Yes, from the customer portal. Polar bills the difference for the part of the month that is left, so you are not paying twice for the same days.
