What the service does

AnswerRadar asks AI assistants a set of generated questions about your category and reports how often your brand was named. A paid subscription re-runs that scan on a schedule and emails you the result. It is a measurement tool. It does not change your ranking, contact the AI providers on your behalf, or guarantee any outcome.

What we do not promise

• AI answers vary between runs and change without notice. Numbers we report describe what happened during our runs, not a stable property of your brand.
• We query logged-out or API-level surfaces. What a signed-in user sees in their own app can differ, and we say so on our methodology page.
• Providers change models and routing without announcing it. A measurement taken today may not be reproducible later.
• We depend on third parties. If an engine or data provider goes down or changes its terms, scans may fail or stop.

Payment, renewal, cancellation

Polar is the merchant of record. They take the payment, issue the invoice, and handle tax. Your contract for the purchase is with Polar; this document covers the service itself.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal, with no email required and no retention step. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the paid period ends.

If the service did not work for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. We would rather return the money than argue about it. Refunds are issued through Polar.

Fair use

Scan domains you own or are responsible for. Do not resell the raw output as your own product, automate the free tier to avoid paying, or use the service to harass a competitor. We may suspend an account that does these things, and will say why.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are one person running a measurement tool, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. Do not make an irreversible business decision on a single scan; that is the whole reason we publish confidence ranges instead of a single score.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time by writing to us. If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, stop billing immediately, and let you export your data before it is removed.
